重慶升降機(jī)管道安裝質(zhì)量的好壞是關(guān)系到升降機(jī)工作性能是否正常的關(guān)鍵之一，管路上應(yīng)盡量采用焊接方式，在需檢修的地方盡量采用法蘭連接，閥臺(tái)進(jìn)出口安裝球閥，并合理的配置管夾及支架。

1、升降平臺(tái)鋼管安裝時(shí)對(duì)升降機(jī)鋼管接頭、法蘭件都要進(jìn)行質(zhì)量檢測(cè)，發(fā)現(xiàn)如有缺點(diǎn)，接頭、法蘭件都禁止運(yùn)用,應(yīng)替換,并用火油清潔和用氣吹凈。

4、檢測(cè)管子的質(zhì)量,要查明升降機(jī)鋼管材料、尺度和質(zhì)量是不是符合規(guī)劃規(guī)則;查看管子外觀是不是有嚴(yán)重壓扁或曲折;查看管子內(nèi)外壁表面上是不是有腐蝕表象,外壁是不是有裂紋等缺點(diǎn).若有不合規(guī)則需求的或有嚴(yán)重缺陷的管子不得使用。

5、安裝升降平臺(tái)鋼管管道必須按規(guī)劃圖紙或?qū)嶋H測(cè)量合理安置，管子的交叉要盡量減少。對(duì)于平行或交叉的管子之間、管子和設(shè)備主體之間必須要相距12mm以上的間隙，防止相互干擾和避免振動(dòng)時(shí)引起敲擊。
