1、升降平臺滾動軸承安裝時必須細(xì)致的進行清洗、檢查、拆卸、安裝和調(diào)整間隙。安裝前必須將防銹油脂挖出并用熱機油、柴油、煤油或氣油清洗干凈。

2、裝配時需施加一定的壓力，向心軸承應(yīng)先將配合較緊的一端壓入軸頸或座孔中。壓入軸承時，嚴(yán)禁通過滾動體傳遞力量，應(yīng)直接將壓力施加在內(nèi)圈或外圈上。施加壓力應(yīng)均勻分布，裝配前應(yīng)認(rèn)真清理軸頸和座孔，涂一層薄油，可減少摩擦。

3、升降平臺滾動軸承的拆卸一般借助專用工具來完成，常用的工具有壓力機和拉出器。用壓力機拆卸時，支撐面必須在軸承內(nèi)圈的對稱側(cè)。用拉出器拆卸時，拉桿應(yīng)可靠地扣住軸承內(nèi)圈的對稱點，避免借助滾動體傳遞拉力或單邊不以稱受力，損傷軸頸和滾動體。
